If you change your mind, you can return your items to us within 7 days from the date you receive the item. We will not accept returns after this time has passed. Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes. Return postage is paid for by the customer.
Please note before making a purchase that any item returned can take up to 14 days to be refunded back to you. (usually takes 2-5 days).
Unfortunately any items which are found to not be in the original condition cannot be exchanged or refunded. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods and try on as you would when purchasing from a shop but if you are returning the product please make sure it is in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. If you have a query about a refund on an item you have purchased please e-mail
Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:
Re-pack the item in a sealed bag in its original condition.
Email email@example.com with the item(s) you would like to return, the reason and your order number.
We will reply to your request within 24 hours with our returns address on. Please send all returns to the address and we recommend you obtain proof of postage and that is signed for at our end. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN SUNGLASSES IF THEY ARE FAULTY UNLESS AGREED BY US AS WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY EXTRA POSTAGE COSTS.
